These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Expert Trade and any person accessing our platform.
1. Definitions
- “Services” means all digital marketplace features provided by Expert Trade.
- “User” means any entity who registers or uses the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent. You agree to provide accurate registration information and use the services lawfully.
3. Payments & Refunds
Refunds may be requested strictly within five (5) calendar days from purchase. Setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
